Change is the primary context in which Christian ministry now takes place.  While the timeless values of the Christian message remain constant, new abilities, mindsets and capacities are needed in leaders and pastoral ministers.  It begins with unlearning what we know and risking new perspectives.

This skills-based workshop will teach those engaged in pastoral care, ministry, formation, chaplaincy and formal / informal leadership how to :

- build better levels of influence, trust, compassion and collaboration so as to enhance their unique leadership style and strengths

- engage effectively with difficult personalities and work productively with interpersonal conflict

- embrace new relational models of leadership in response to the needs of a changing Church
